Common questions
A campaign is one product, offered to creators. You pick the product and who you want filming it, approve the creators who apply, and their videos come back to you.
Never. Creators are paid in product, never cash. That's the entire model and it's written into the terms they agree to.
When you approve someone we create a $0 draft order in your Shopify admin with their shipping address already filled in. You fulfil it exactly like a normal order using your usual setup, and tracking flows back automatically so you both know where the parcel is.
Everything. Unlimited campaigns, unlimited creators, unlimited videos, with no per-creator or per-video fees. Your only other cost is the product itself and the shipping, both handled in your own store.
Yes. Creators apply to your campaign and you approve or decline each one yourself. Nobody is assigned to you. Before deciding you can see their profile, their rating from past campaigns, and recent posts from their social account.
By hand, one at a time. Every creator has to record an introduction video before we'll review them, and that video is the biggest factor in the decision: it shows how they speak, how they light a shot and how comfortable they are on camera, which tells us far more than a follower count. A private or missing social account doesn't get through either. After that, merchants rate creators at the end of every campaign, and you see that rating when you're reviewing applicants.
Anything. Full usage rights with no time limit and no licensing fee: product pages, your site, organic social, paid ads, email. They're saved into your own Shopify Files, so they live in your store rather than on a platform you could lose access to.
